HIGHLIGHTS

Picture

UNIQUE VIGNETTES

Each planting bed is treated individually to respond to its unique shape, exposure, and grade, yet it retains a consistent color and material palette throughout.
Picture

INVITING ENTRIES

Reconfigured entrances to individual apartments create a sense of individuality within an overall landscape rhythm.
Picture

PERENNIAL PLANTINGS

Perennial plantings take the place of turf in some places, allowing for neat planted edges and seasonal interest, while breaking up the expanses of lawn.
Picture

ALL SEASON INTEREST

Plantings were chosen specifically to provide seasonal color, as well as year-round interest with a mix of deciduous and evergreen plantings with diverse and foliage types and colors.
Picture

IMPROVED DRAINAGE

Drainage away from the building was improved by the addition of dry creek beds on the surface, hiding subsurface pipes to move the water well away from the buildings' foundations.
